ARE YOU PRODUCTS THIRD-PARTY TESTED?

EquaVitae products are rigorously tested to meet the highest standards for safety and quality and are verified to meet specifications for identity, purity, strength and composition – so you can be sure what’s on the label is what’s in the supplement.

In addition, all of our products are made in certified GMP facilities (Good Manufacturing Practices) that adheres to FDA standards and best practices.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Our products are manufactured in a cGMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Practices) facility. Our products are made in a facility that also processes nuts and dairy products. Please feel free to email us with any allergy concerns under the "Contact Us" section.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORKS?

  • We fulfill all orders within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Domestic shipping will generally take about 5 business days but may be subject to change based on holidays, weather, etc.
  • EquaVitae is not responsible for any address entered incorrectly by the customer.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, if the return meets the following requirements:

  • All returns must be unopened and undamaged.
  • Returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving for a full refund.
  • Postage is not provided.
  • All accessory purchases are final sale.
  • Please email us under the "contact us" section if you would like to return your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • CREDIT CARDS: We accept the most common credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you experience any issues when paying, we recommend trying a different browser or device. We don’t accept debit cards.
  • PAYPAL: If you choose this payment method at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase. Please contact PayPal directly, should you experience any issues.

HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Once you have filled your shopping cart with your items, you can enter your Gift Card code in the intended field on the checkout page.

We recommend copying & pasting the code directly from our email, to avoid any typos. By entering the code, you will be able to see if it is still valid. Once validated, do not go back to previous steps, continue with checkout, otherwise, your code will not be saved.

The Gift Card code can be used repeatedly until its full value is used up. It can also be combined with a discount code.

In case the code is not working, try the following:

  • Refresh the page
  • Try using a different browser or device
  • Empty your shopping cart
  • Place the order again

CAN I GIVE MY GIFT CARD TO A FRIEND?

Yes, you are able to give your Gift Card away. However, keep in mind that the code is linked to your email address. Should there be any issues or questions with the Gift Card, our customer care team will need to be provided with the original email address.

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Discount codes are sent to you by e-mail or are given to you directly by a customer care team agent. These codes are personalized, can only be used once and only in the designated online shop.

When you apply a discount code, a certain percentage is deducted from the total value of your order.

However, it is not possible to use more than one discount code for one order.

  • Free shipping code
  • Birthday code
  • Influencer code
  • Special offer code
